Many people once they get comfortable with the gluten free life have concerns eating outside of their own home. They can feel isolated and like an inconvenience. If you are feeling this way, I am here to tell you it doesn't have to be this way. I have divided my experiences into four categories:

GF Outside Home - restaurants in the following NC areas: Triad, Charlotte Metro, and areas in between.

Road Trip - dining out in the US in all areas outside the previously mentioned

Disney - our hands down favorite destination spot in the US, as a family

Abroad - these adventures are just beginning... I cant wait to share more!
