In an effort to help solidify the possibilities, I am in the planning process of a cross country road trip with my daughter to experience the best this country has to offer for gluten free as well as seeing some national treasures, teaching my daughter about this great country we are blessed to live in, and creating some wonderful memories. I am in the process for determining where my daughter and I will visit and which restaurants are absolute must try. I will be sharing how we plan our destinations, how I pack for the ultimate road trip, and how I travel on a regular basis, including dealing with security, and the need to bring food, even when I fly, following the rules, and not having it confiscated.
